Medical
We offer a choice of medical plans – copay and high deductible health plans – that all include preventative care and prescription drug coverage. If you choose to enroll, you’re covered on day one. And while you and the enterprise share the cost, the enterprise covers a majority of the cost of providing health insurance to you and your family.
Dental
You have the choice of two dental plans that both cover in-network preventative and diagnostic care.
Vision
Our two vision plans cover in-network well-vision care plus help cover the cost of lenses, frames and contacts.

Paid Time Off
We recognize that you need time away from work to relax, rest and recharge. When you begin your career at the enterprise, you receive five PTO days upon hire and accrue more time throughout the year to use for vacation and sick time.
Holidays
Nine enterprise-wide paid holidays and two floating holidays for celebrations and time that matters most to you.
Paid Parental Leave
We offer eligible employees an additional four weeks of paid time off after the birth, adoption or fostering of a new child.
Paid Caregiver Leave
Eligible employees may take up to two weeks of additional paid time off per year to care for eligible family members with an eligible health condition.
