American Family Customer Payment & Billing Texting Terms & Conditions
The American Family Customer Payment & Billing Texting program uses standard rate SMS (Short Message Service) to provide transactional payment and billing notifications to American Family billing accountholders.
Messaging and Data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier. You will receive no more than two (2) messages each month from 95478. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
For HELP: To receive assistance, text HELP to 95478 for automated HELP text or call 1 800-MY-AMFAM (692-6326).
To STOP: Texting STOP to 95478 will stop all payment & billing SMS communication from American Family. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive transactional payment and billing notifications via text (SMS).
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
