Arizona Minimum Car Insurance Requirements
In Arizona, liability car insurance is mandatory for all drivers. Liability insurance covers only the other car and/or that car’s driver and passengers when you are found at fault for the accident. Your liability insurance minimums for Arizona are:
- $15,000 bodily injury liability for one person per accident
- $30,000 for two or more people per accident
- $10,000 property damage liability per accident
While the minimum car insurance requirements in Arizona (Opens in a new tab) are predefined, they are not meant to be a cap on how much coverage you can or should get. You may opt for more coverage than the state minimums to protect your financial assets and your vehicle and/or passengers.
